Incredible service from Jackson family, Tracey was wonderful, adapting to the needs for my husbands funeral, calming and sensitive. At the funeral everyone from Jackson’s looked immaculate Tracey especially, you make think that it doesn’t matter but trust me it so does. The price of the funeral was very competitive no financial manipulation of a widow and her grief. Thankyou to all involved in the care and final goodbye of my beloved husband Morris

I recently used the Jackson Family Funeral Directors for my husband’s funeral and
they were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them and as I was arranging
the funeral quite quickly for a particular reason, they (particularly Mark) went above and beyond, to fulfil all my wishes. They looked after the whole family, making sure our sons were part of the service too. They made an unbearable day, a bearable special day and I can’t thank them enough.

Amazing friendly ,caring , sympathetic funeral directors.
They came to collect dad within one hour of him passing away in the evening.
Tracey was superb, guiding us all through what happens next with genuine sympathy in a calm and relaxing way too help us .
Tracey was also available 24/7 to call her if we had any worries or concerns..
It made dad’s funeral a real joyfull occasion .

I chose a direct funeral for my mum. The service was great , efficient . I knew what was happening , when and how. The staff communication was good and I was told what date cremation was on so I could remember her that day. Very pleased I chose this company and would defiantly recommend them.

Jackson’s Family Funeral Director’s provided by far the best service for my Dads funeral. As soon as I stepped foot in the Barbourne office I felt very welcome and at ease, everyone we met in the process of arranging the funeral and chapel of rest visits were amazing, I could not fault any of them. I was really pleased with Jackson’s for going the extra mile for putting our minds at ease knowing my dad was being treated with dignity and a lot of care after his passing. I didn’t know of this funeral director until my sister in law mentioned them, but now I would recommend them to anyone. You are treated with total respect, compassion and empathy and I cannot thank them enough for the service they have provided.
